  | Unico Green Series | Aug 2015 | Installation of The Unico System Green Series air handler and Carrier Brand Infinity Series 17 SEER 2 stage condensing unit. The Unico System is great for installation in older homes where space is an issue. The main trunk line is only 8 or 10 inches in diameter vs. the conventional ''larger" rectangular trunk line. The supply tubing is also a great space saver as its diameter is roughly 3.5 inches in diameter, making it easy and certainly less invasive. Being Carrier dealers, we chose the top of the line Infinity series condensing unit. This model in particular is 2 stages, meaning it will run at roughly 67% of full capacity during lower demand conditions, i.e. 70-75 degrees and 100% capacity during high demand conditions. This a great set up for those who want the efficiency of a modern system but live in an older home. | $12k | Milltown, NJ |
