We recently had Altecca remodel 2 smaller nonfunctional rooms into a utlity room. They also demolished a defunct hot tub, tore down and reworked our deck, and put in a closet as well as moving utiliies for the laundry. Troy, Jay and crew had great suggestions and worked hard to achieve what we envisioned. All in all we are very pleased with their work and their professional attitude. We highly recommend the Altecca team for anyone looking to remodel. We would definitely consider using them again.

Worst contractors ever! took way longer that estimated. Tried to charge well over the estamite. Never produced contract. Gereral manager lies and trys to preasure you into paying well over the value of work. Work was completed by inferior workers, several times. Tried several times to tell us work was completed when nothing was done.

Ron, Troy and team did a great job on our bathroom remodel, attic storage conversion and adding an upper and lower deck. Our 1890s house had plenty of challenges, but they dealt with all of them and preserved the character and charm. I recommend them highly!

| Complete 1930's House Remodel | Apr 2012 | The house was original 1930's. It had dry rot around the doors and bathroom and water seepage issues in the basement. We removed a lot of the flooring and rein=forced the flooring around the doors. We added Tiling in the bathrooms, kitchen and entry ways. We sanded and refinished the original wood flooring that could be salvaged, repaired the original stair treads, reinforced them and refinished them. We tried to keep as much of the original feel of the house as possible while updated conveniences. We reconfigured the two upstairs bedrooms into a master suite with a beautiful walk in shower with shower seat and rain head showers. | $27k | Nampa, ID |
