Scheduled an appointment to get my gas logs hooked up, took the day off work in order to be here for the install. Fifteen minutes before my 1pm appointment they call and cancel on me. Who does that kind of crap to a customer? They should have worked someone overtime to take care of me that day worst case, but no, told me I would be re-scheduled two days later. Sorry, I can't trust a business that works like that. Called another plumber who came right on over and took care of it for me. Half hour job. Personally I think they just ditched my job, as it was only a $200 job, as a higher yield job came available. Well, you don't have to worry about that second appointment, as I wouldn't trust you to waste another vacation day anyway. So don't recommend any business that operates this way. Wish I could have given them zero stars.

We are so glad to have found plumbers that are reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. We were very pleased with the work from Jeffrey, Steve, and Keith - from new faucets and toilets installed, to outside water shut off valve. Their pricing is fair and they show up when expected. Will use this company again!

During this hard freeze, I had frozen pipes that busted. My ceiling was full of water. They put me on an emergency list and fixed my issue within 4 hrs. Their manager coordinated contract repair with other reputable companies. Impressed they were so helpful!! They didn't mind sharing the work!! Very reasonably price, no extra fees. My plumbing company for life!

Quality work, excellent customer service AND prices are reasonable. I do not hesitate to call them or refer them at anytime to anyone.
