New Life Remodeling

I have known Sean Fergusen of NEW LIFE REMODELING since 2014, when he replaced the roof on my house. It was a complete removal of asphalt tiles and total replacement including ice guard, and reconstruction of defective plywood underlayment. This summer he installed a metal roof on my garage. As a contractor, his expertise includes a wide variety of home improvement repairs and remodeling. His workers were equally reliable and diligent. Sean's prices are reasonable and he attempts to keep costs down while doing a good job. In addition to the major repairs cited, Sean has installed an exterior door, completed electrical wiring for a sump pump, installed shut off valves, replaced a kitchen faucet and toilet repair. I plan to continue using his contracting service in the future. I recommend him very highly.

We have truly enjoyed our deck this summer! Ours is an old farmhouse and the side porch became so much more functional when New Life Remodeling extended the porch deck out to a gorgeous new outdoor living area. Sean made sure that everything about the new deck was in keeping with the rest of the house. A great job!

Over the years, Sean has worked on my 1885 house to repair everything I need. He has updated by electrical circuits, replaced plumbing stacks, given proactive advice on hidden wood damage. In short, he’s kept my house safe from problems and I feel secure knowing he has worked on it. I would highly recommend his work since it is fast, complete and reasonably priced.

Sean is a wonderful, thoughtful and straight-forward person. I am very pleased with the addition that he built onto my home. He worked with me on the design and the result is both elegant and functional. I hope to use him again in the future.
