The installers Don and Donnie were prompt and professional. They cleaned up after installation , explained the operation of the new equipment and were finished by early afternoon. However, the job was a little pricey for a regular installation .

I have had the pleasure of having Ierna's out to our rental home over the past year for both maintenance and repair work. Their technicians were extremely knowledgeable & professional. They always take their shoes off before entering the home. When they leave, it is ALWAYS cleaner than the way they found it. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate them taking the time to explain everything their doing and our options. We know the unit is on it's last leg and there isn't another company I would call to replace the old system, fingers crossed not anytime soon. ;)
