I own multiple rental properties and need to renovate a 2 bedroom apartment that had a long term tenant move out. In the kitchen I need new cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash, new flooring, dishwasher install (no dishwasher hookups now), possibly more electrical run up from circuit panel. The bathroom also needs work with new tile, tub surround,vanity exhaust fan and flooring. Most ceilings are peeling and there are some cracks in the plaster in most of the rooms that also needs to be repaired. The two bedrooms need a ceiling light installed with a wall switch. Possibly need to run a line or two from panel to accommodate window ACs. Possibly need entire apartment to be painted as well.
