Scott Wright owner of Construction Service Group installed a new roof on my home 2 years ago. The roof came with a 5 year labor warranty. With in the first 6 months we had a leak. Upon investigation I found that he did not pull all of the nails before applying the new metal roof. This is evident with all of the dimples that show through the metal and that he had used the old gaskets and the roof was leaking at one of the two vents. After several hours he finally came out and asked to borrow my ladder. A roofer not having a ladder on a service call.... I had to seal that leak due to the weather forecast calling for rain. He never did follow up. The second leak started last week. I have left multiple voice mails, texts, and emails. His office phone isn't set up properly either. Stay away from the company and person. Dishonest and poor to non-existent service.
