M&P Construction replaced our deck and customized it to exactly what I wanted. Not only did they replace my deck, but they also fixed our drainage issues under our deck that had caused water to drain into our basement. Richard careful prepared the ground with gravel and drains so that we would not have anymore water seeping under our foundation. It's been two years now, and no water problems! Richard's crew was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Richard and his crew.

We have worked with M&P for a a few years now (4-5?). Richard and his crew are always professional, on-time and deliver an excellent product. Our main project was to transform a single family home into a two unit apartment. The most challenging of the project was to building a complete new high end Kitchen in a very reduce space. They were able to do deliver a beautiful and efficient kitchen, in the projected time and on the budget. We would recommend M&P to anyone and we look forward to continue working with them.

We had M&P Construction install a new mantle and tile surround on a fireplace. They were very professional, cleaned up and completed the job in a timely fashion. We then had them refurbish a roof on our back porch. While the roof turned out well, the gutter system was not to our specification and despite repeated emails they never came to complete the project.

We have worked with Richard and his crew many times on small and large projects and they always deliver! Their estimates are detailed and professional upfront and prices are fair and competitive for the high-quality work they do. Good communication throughout and they even work weekends!
