Hired home front inspect to do an environmental service for mold and asbestos testing at a 4 unit complex here in Los Angeles. I needed the results expedited;however when I booked the appointment they never mentioned to me that there would be a $150 expedite fee to get them within 24 hours! so before I got upset for not letting me know in advanced I decided to call and talk to the manager first. I spoke with Stanley at the office and he listened to what I had to say. I was expecting him to say well sorry we cant help you and that was not the case. Stanley waived the $150 expedite processing fee and his words were " Jacob I know your stressed out and I understand you, do not worry I will get this done for you." and just like that. I am glad I didn't call him and go off on him, who knows it probably would have gone sour. Glad there are people out there that can actually listen to their customers concerns and be able to bend the rules here in there. Absolutely recommend this company. A ++++ Jacob M. Rodeo.

Hired Home Front Inspect to do a multi unit mold inspection in Los Angeles. The 2 inspectors that showed up Stan & Frank were exceedingly knowledgeable and came with high end tools that made the detection easy. Very pleased definitely will refer. Thank you

We had worked with a home inspector on two previous properties we wanted to buy and weren't that satisfied with the outcomes (one was very expensive, the other missed a major window leak in major water damage in the basement, under the carpeting - both inspectors had been recommended by our then agents). This time I looked on yelp for home inspectors with good reviews and found Home Front Inspect in los angeles. They were timely in returning my call, in scheduling the home inspection and offered 3 different packages to choose from which was a great option to have (we went with the middle one that did not include sewage line checking). Stan came out on a Saturday morning, did the whole inspection in a few hours and was very thorough. We appreciated the detailed report that followed along with the clear images, highlighting exact possible problem areas and solutions/recommendations. We feel confident with all the detailed information learned, and appreciated the honesty, transparency and promptness they demonstrated - including the follow up call to make sure the work and report were to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.

| Mar Lu Dr Los Angeles | Feb 2017 | Home Front Inspect On Top Of The Mountain Hello everyone! Today’s property is 2625 Mar Lu Dr Los Angeles CA. I promised everyone more posts and here I am it’s around 12:57 AM. Today was an extremely busy day yet I’m not sleeping just yet until first sharing today’s home inspection. The staging company did wonderful job with the them it definitely complemented this contemporary beauty. The buyers agent was Justin Leigh with Douglas Elliman which I had the pleasure of meeting and overall cool person. The home inspection included a full home inspection including an environmental check for mold using our infrared imaging camera. There weren’t many issues found aside of one area that stood out. The issue had to do with a steep hill side to the right side of garage. You can actually see what I’m talking about on the last 3 pictures I’ve provided. The hill side is directly in connection with garage which is a major drainage issue and erosion was evident at the time of inspection. As you can see the owner laid out and bags along the top side to keep erosion from heavy rain clogging the drainage trench which in return allows water to flow to a proper drainage source. The installation of sand bags is only a temporary fix and with all the heavy rain currently pouring over So Cal this will evidently fail and cause the drainage trench to clog up. This would create a big problem for the client because a clogged drainage so important to the home would evidently allow water to flood inner property areas costing the client hundreds if not thousands in water damage repairs. Possible Solution In the report I recommended to the client he seek some sort of credit or correction for this issue. One of the ways to correct this problem would be to build a retaining wall around 2 feet high to stop any land slide or erosion to ensure a clean drainage trench. The wall would have to be 20 feet in length and require a minimum 2 feet in height. This could easily cost anyone around $4,000. | Million Dollar Listing Bravo TV Show Beachwood | Jun 2015 | L.A’s Million Dollar Listing Property Featured On Bravo’s Hit T.V Show Inspected By Home Front Inspect in Los Angeles This gorgeous million dollar listing on 2458 N. Beachwood Dr, Los Angeles CA 90068. The home inspection was performed by Home Front Inspect and was one of the properties that featured on the show. At this property David Parnes took the shot of tequila that ends up costing him his sobriety (most likely rehearsed.) You can watch the episode here. The buyer for this property was famous actress Ana De La Reguera who has played roles on HBO shows like “Capadocia” or “Eastbound & Down.” A notable highlight is when CoverGirl signed her on a million dollar contract to be one of the official faces. It was very exciting getting to meet these famous stars and to be able to communicate findings on the home inspection. David Parnes and Ana De La Reguera were extremely nice and down to earth. This made our home inspection process smooth and simple. You can only imagine how you might feel knowing you’re inspecting a famous celebrity that you’re typically used to only seeing on T.V.
