| downtown Houston, facelift (drywall repairs and painting) 5000SF home | Nov 2015 | This home had major foundational problems which caused major cracks all throughout the home. The previous paint job was done very poorly and also was dated. The homeowners also wanted the garage overhauled with epoxy floor coating, heavy-duty shelving, and peg board throughout for better storage as well as repairs in the driveway on slate tiles which cracked as well from foundation problems. This job took abiut six weeks as a whole, painting and sheetrock repairs took three weeks with only myself to do the inside labor as a customer request.
