Hired the guys at Advanced Construction Concepts to re-side my townhome with LP Smartside, install a new support post & level the Master Bedroom 2nd story balcony (6 inches of sag on one corner), repaint the exterior, and tear down and rebuild the Cedar frame & plexiglass Sun Room extension off of my living room. Jesse, Eric and Mark hit the ground running on this project, showing up early every day and working hard through a lot of July heat & humidity to get this project done, and left the jobsite clean at the end of each day. They were very skilled at all aspects of the work, and obviously committed to doing everything to a high level of quality. The guys were very courteous and satisfactorily addressed all of my requests and concerns as the project progressed. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out, and I recommend ACC for anyone looking a quality contractor for home remodeling projects.

Thanks for a job well done to Advanced Construction Concepts, owner Jesse Nicholson, and his crew. This was the best construction crew I have ever hired. With Jesse at the helm, he and his crew worked in a timely manner and also took time to explain everything they were doing. They were polite, informative and so neat you could hardly tell they had been here. We had lots of problems and they took care of everything to our satisfaction. Other problems were discovered along the way and we have asked Jesse to solve those for us also. I feel that Jesse is honest and highly capable. Last project was an extension of an existing porch which involved new floor, railings around entire area with balistrades. All wood used was treated and each piece was run through a router to give a great looking appearance to front of house. ACC's work has been extremely well thought out and done proficiently and professionally. We have recently hired them to put a new roof on our motor home garage. they did a very good job on the roof of our home last year.
