Vanatta Kitchen and Two Bathroom Remodels

Feb 2015

This house was built in 1981 and nothing has been updated since then. From the vinyl flooring to the old cabinets, this house was a contractor's dream. This house needed the kitchen remodeled along with the master bath and powder room. From the initial demo to paint touch ups this house now looks like 2015. The customers were great and are very pleased to how there house turned out.

Keene Handrail and Stone

Jun 2014

This was a beautiful house that had a big grand entrance when you walked in the front door. The handrail was beat up and very loose. We replaced it with six inch null posts and 3/4 metal balusters. The big null posts and balusters fit perfectly in the big entrance. We also put stone up around the fire place. We had to demo the drywall mantle and add a health. We also added the same stone to the kitchen back splash. Little things like a handrail and stone can bring so much life into a house.

Osborne Handrail

May 2014

This beautiful house is located in the foothills. The indoor stair case needed a new handrail. This handrail had to be bent and the balusters were made out of rod iron. The homeowner wanted us to paint the handrail instead of staining and this project turned out very well.
