Dec 2014

We turned this awkward, little space under the main stairs in this client's home into a fun, modern powder bath. We used color, light and tile layout to make the space feel larger than it really is.

Home Remodel, Grant Ranch, Littleton, CO

Nov 2014

We updated all three levels of a beautiful home in Grant Ranch. The homeowners wanted to modernize the home by using black and gray with fun pops of color and metallics. We remodeled the kitchen, installed new flooring and paint throughout the entire home, remodeled the master bathroom and the two bathrooms upstairs, installed a new gas fireplace and stone surround in the living room, installed new stair railing, removed a wall in the loft to create an entertainment space for the kids, new furniture and draperies in the living room, and installed new window coverings throughout the main level of the home. We also installed all new lighting throughout the home, refinished the existing hardwood floors and installed new stone flooring in the kitchen and entry.

May 2014

This client was tired of their boring, beige home. They wanted to modernize it by adding character and style. We accomplished this through remodeling the entire first floor of their home. The kitchen and powder bath received a complete facelift, the living room fireplace was completely re-done with a new gas fireplace and modern, mosaic tiles, and the whole house received a fresh coat of paint using fun colors to give the home a cozy but modern vibe.

Bathroom Remodel, Congress Park, Denver, CO

Aug 2014

This master bathroom had gone to the kids, and our client wanted to re-claim their space and make it a relaxing, luxurious retreat for themselves. We gutted the existing bathroom and gave them updated fixtures, lighting, a double vanity with a marble top, and the beautiful, luxurious shower they had been dreaming of.

This bathroom was originally one of the smallest, most awkward bathrooms I've ever seen! We took it from tiny, dark, and little scary to open, functional and beautiful! By removing a wall and reconfiguring the doors and overall layout of the bathroom, we were able to double the size of the bathroom. Fun colors and beautiful tile and accents make this bathroom welcoming and updated.
