We had work done in our backyard the work exceeded our expectations we highly recommend this business.

Dealing with Carlos has been the worst experience I have ever had. Originally we asked him to come and give us an estimate for the front yard. We explicitly told him that it had to be done within four months of moving in per the HOA. He immediately gave us a quote and handed us a contract. He kept telling us he would make our front yard stand out and it we would be the best looking yard in the neighborhood. But, he needed half of the money prior to starting for supplies. We went ahead and gave him the money with confidence that the job would be done. This was on 10/25/2020 and it is now 1/17/2021 and the work isn’t done. He has hounded us for money with every chance he got even though it wasn’t part of the contract. He went as far as to demand money when my wife was grieving over a family member. He left tubing from the drip system above the ground and now the tree he planted has died due to it. After he laid the rocks I noticed it didn’t line up to the property line so I asked him to spread out the rock and make it line up. He immediately got defensive and said it would be an additional $300. I told him that wasn’t part of the deal and he started arguing with me. He was very rude to my fiancé and I. Ultimately I told him I wouldn’t pay extra and he said he would come back to finish it. It has been a couple of months and no sign of him yet. Carlos is very shady, dishonest, lazy, rude, and just overall a bad person. He has harassed my mother in law to get in touch with me and remove this review. I would never recommend anyone to hire him to do work. He took my money and left my front yard worst off. I had to hire another contractor to fix his mistakes, which there were a lot. Save your money and don't hire this guy. Even a year later he continues to harass my mother in law, wife, and me about this review. He has made multiple threats towards me regarding my career. Whatever you do please do not hire this guy.

We have needed to complete our backyard for a while. Wow Remodeling took our partially upgraded back yard and turned it into a wonderful extension of our home. Synthetic grass, a paver patio (15'x15') at the back of our yard, drip systems throughout (back and front), new plants, and running electrical to the new patio. All of this, plus a paver walkway going from the backyard to the front, new landscape rock everywhere. This was completed within budget and in the communicated timeline. Great Job!!!

Carlos was an absolute joy to meet. He did our yard for a reasonable price and made it look amazing. Carlos has a heart of gold and will take care of your needs and my family and I appreciate his services! Will be doing business with him from now on. I recommend him 100%!
