About Leisure Time Decks
Established in 1989. Leisure Time Decks started out as "Harper Construction". Framing houses, siding houses, and building decks. It did not take long to realize that decks and porches were what we loved building the most. In 1992 we began to specialize in these types of outdoor living projects. Over the years, we have become pretty good at our craft. LTDecks is constantly striving to build a better product. We take great pride in the quality of the design and craftsmanship of each project as well as the superior materials specified.
