Re-evaluate your laundry hamper - upgrade to make laundry easy when baby arrives

Do a deep clean

Clean floors and carpets in preparation for your new arrival
Eliminate germs and sanitize kitchen and bathrooms
Consider hiring a cleaning service for the first few months

Purchase and learn how to use a federally approved car seat

Most hospitals will not discharge your baby if you do not have a car seat. Make sure to purchase in advance and that both you and your partner know how to use it
Hot tip: most fire departments are happy to help you install and check the safety on car seats
