Loch Ness Remodeling

I wish I had known about this site before we hired him. We needed to have our basement finished and wow, what a crap show. The tile in the shower and bathroom looks like it was installed by a drunk toddler. Huge gaps left in sheet rock, the shower base was tilted where the water would not run towards the drain. His dry wall crew covered up the return for our AC unit, I had two pieces of antique furniture broken. I wish I could post pictures of the terrible "work" done at my house. We had to get a new contractor in to finish the job and it's going to cost us even more because the bathroom has to be completely redone. And all three contractors we called to re-bid this job have said they have never seen work this bad, even by DYIers. If you're thinking of using this company, please do yourself and your bank account a favor and go the complete opposite direction.

We had a wonderful experience with John and Loch Ness. John designed a special deck for us including disability access and special modern railing and ramps. He also planned for access to water on the deck and a new electrical outlet. At the end he made an extra ramp for a disabled dog to go down from the patio to the yard, having already made access from the deck to the patio. His plan fit our home perfectly. His prices are reasonable and he cares enough to listen to the customer and execute a plan that matches their desires. We love our new deck and the ramps and being able to water plants from above the patio with the second outlet for water. He’s really good at coming up with a plan if you don’t have one and then executing it. He listens to his clients throughout and modifies and adjusts as necessary. We are happy campers.

What a joke you can’t even change his 5 star rating, Beware, don’t let this guy in your house. I will post everyday to stop him from taking advantage of the next customer.

Beware of this contractor, he worked for my 82 year old mother. Boy did he take her for a ride. A 2 week project is now 4 months old and still not finished. We are dealing with stuff that a 5 year old could do. Please please say away from this guy. He could not build you a straight dog hose.
