    The backflow preventer tag will expire on April 3 2020 and requires a re-inspection. There is no issues with the sprinkler system no leaks.

    My bills suggest higher than normal water usage numbers suggesting waste water. The meter appears to be constant during testing. A leak is present somewhere on the property.
