This gorgeous beach home needed window treatments that would cut down on the glare from the sun, but not take anything away from their view. We decided that SheerWeave Solar Shades would be the best choice. Because of the size of their windows and doors, they decided to go with our Electric Powered Motorized Shades. By using Sonesse Motors from Somfy, we were able to motorize the entire back wall of the condo in near silence. The homeowners were thrilled with the end results!

When we came into this Solivita home to give the new homeowners an estimate for Plantation Shutters, it was still in the process of being renovated. You could see that there was an eye for quality in both the materials they were using as well as the contractors that were doing the work. We were thrilled when we were offered the opportunity to come in and design Custom Plantation Shutters for the home. The two key stipulations of the order were that the shutters not interfere with the Tilt-In feature of the windows, and that the view be maximized when the shutters were open. To accomodate these wishes, we designed the Shutters using Outside Mounted Deco Framing to prevent encroachment into the opening of the window, and on their Master Bedroom window, we designed the shutters to bi-fold outward so that there would be no obstruction in the window at all when the homeowners wanted to open the windows.

This client was looking for 2" White Wood Blinds for their beautiful Lake House in the Independence community of Winter Garden, FL. They chose to leave the back windows uncovered to leave their amazing view completely unobstructed. We finished the tops of the blinds with a nice wraparound Wood Cornice Valance.

This new homeowner called us in during a full-house remodel to do something dramatic to change the style of her living room, and dress up her Sliding Door. There were Vertical Blinds up already when she bought the home, but they were beaten down, and just plain sad. She needed to add some WOW to the focal point of the room. She opted to do Plantation Shutters on her sliding doors, and the results speak for themselves. We used a Decorative Fascia across the top, that we mitered and wrapped around the entire frame. We also modified the existing baseboard so that the frame sat snugly up against the wall, and also gave the appearance that the Shutter was installed at the same time as the baseboard. That shutter will be in that home for many generations to come, and we wanted it to look like it has been there from day one!

Like many of our customers, this was a very budget conscious client, and we found that using Vertical Blinds with a designer finish was a really good fit for both the style of the home and the budget.

This customer already had beautiful Hardwood Blinds that we had installed for them 10+ Years ago, but the customer wanted something new. They needed something that was going to fit the style of the home, but still blend with the existing trimwork that was already there. The bar was set pretty high, because the blinds were custom matched to the trim, and looked amazing. The only way we were going to top that was with some gorgeous hardwood shutters. I think the look that was achieved speaks for itself. I think even the customer was taken aback by how good these windows turned out!

This homeowner wanted Vertical Blinds, but wanted to dress them up a bit. We recommended a Rounded Executive Valance to make the Valance across the top of the blind more of a statement piece. She went with our Walnut colored trim to give a nice contrast against the Daisy Almond slats.
