Aim Contracting and Maintenance was founded in January of 2015 and is a family owned and operated company. Aim offers everything from small service repairs to major home improvements as well as commercial repair and installations. Aim Contracting has a licensed Journeyman plumber on staff who is also HVAC Certified, Hilti Fireproof Certified, Back-flow Certified and Osha 10 Certified.   | Main water valve replacement | Nov 2018 | The original valve was leaking and could not be repaired. The valve was installed too close to the wall so we had to chip away the concrete foundation wall with the chipping hammer to expose good clean pipe. After we did that we extended the main waterline to extend 6 inches out of the wall and installed a new 1/4 turn ball valve. Then we patched the concrete and insulated the pipe. The homeowner was really grateful because she had gotten a previous estimate of $750 plus material costs.
