Wyoming Waters Weed Management has been serving Wyoming residents, golf courses, HOAs, and municipalities since 1997. We specialize in pond maintenance including commercial chemical application for unwanted water weeds and algae, along with integrated bacteria inoculations to remove nutrients and muck from the pond bottom.   | Phosphorus Pollution Control, Algae and Vascular Weed Controll | Jan 2013 | This was a Golf Course / Home Owners Association in the Sheridan WY area, they hired us to maintain their water features for the 2013 season. Their Irrigation Pond is about 17 years old and had only been treated for algae and weeds periodically. When I started working with this pond I noticed that my treatments were not getting the results that we desired and pulled water and sediment samples and had them tested in a professional lab for total reactive phosphorous, the amount of phosphorus in the pond was extremely high. We decided to go with phosphorus pollution control program because the pond had 17 years of fertilizer runoff going into it, and livestock upstream from it. This project went very well and after the phosphorus treatment the algae and plant control became much simpler with amazing results. | $17k | Sheridan, WY |
