Really friendly folks. We had a problem with our heating unit. Called and had a tech over the same day. He fixed it and took the time to look over everything else with our unit. Very happy with the service will call again if we have any problems

5-Stars for this wonderful company. We needed an estimate to replace our ac unit and prime was one of the three we got quotes from . Jorge the rep they assigned to us was great representative for the company. He was patience, knowledgeable and has great sense of humor. He was the only one who took the time to look at all aspects of our system and recommend the best options . So far this has been a great experience, considering no one really prepares to replace there ac unit . I would most highly recommend this company to any one.

Just had our entire system installed by Prime AC and Heat. They were fast, honest and had no surprises. Quoted job was done and even fixed some extra ducts at no charge. Very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them.
