| Blake’s floor | Mar 2019 | Customer had a new floor installed in his home one year ago. Since then the grout began cracking out and even had tiles coming loose After several attempts of him trying to contact the original contractor, he had no luck and was in great need to have the problem fixed. That’s when mr. Blake reaches out to us We then came in and noticed there was a lot of movement in the floors subfloor So we tore out the entire floor that was previously laid, re enforced the subfloor from the under side, then laid down 1/2” cement board before re tiling his floor with 36” tile in a herring bone pattern. We also put in new kitchen base cabinets, counter top and sink for him as well | $4k | Des Moines, IA |
