We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage.

I highly recommend The Plumbing Company. I’ve used them twice for water emergencies and they went above and beyond. Cindy was amazing and spent a crazy amount of time on the phone with me or texting with me to help me get through my crisis. She has even called my HSA, at midnight no less, when I had given up with them, to push them to move faster on my behalf. They really do treat their customers like family. They are with you during the crisis and they are with you after the crisis. They get the job done well and their fee is equal or less than other plumbers. Their communication is well above most. I never felt forgotten or wondering if they were going to get back to me. I always felt that they understood the urgency and made it top priority. The Plumbing Company will always be my plumber of choice.

I woke up to no hot water and by the end of the day my water heater was fixed and I was taking a hot shower! The Plumbing Company is great to work with and did an excellent job.
