I used SC after moving into my new home. They were quick, did a great job and had a good price, Couldn't ask for more.

I contacted them recieved quote. I met with owner Shane. After he assured me they could the job I gave them the deposit to schedule the job. The so-called expert they sent out did not have on uniform, drove a personal vehicle and did not have ladder or correct compound. He said not to worry he would be back. He left my porch area a dirty and stained with grout everywhere. He did not cover my front door and now the door has to be restained from all the grout dust. He made my grout lines wider and most of what he was to fix has since come falling down. Even with a call to the office telling me not to worry someone will be out. No one show. I call again no show. Then becasue of covid I said be patience. I began calling them to ask what about my job and then began we have no record no idea etc... I called multiple times. I gave them every name I had spoken to in the comany. Once I was told we are going into a group meeting I will make sure we get this resolved- nothing no call back- nothing. I told them I have a invoice from the quote, the satisfaction agreement and my canceld check they cashed showing I paid. Then they said can you email it to us and I did and nothing. I cantacted the BBB to report them and nothing. BBB has done nothing to help me. I am posting everywhere I can to warnd people not to trust this company and dont use for small or large job. The fact they give you an agreement means nothing. The fact you pay them means nothing. I am going to contact my attorney to see what they can do and if nothing else I am taking them to small claims court and suing them not for the work they did not complete or it faulty work but the cost to have another company come in in fix the mess of the job they have left.
