Applewood Remodel

Aug 2014

The apple wood remodel was a single family home that needed updated. The home was purchased by a investor. I installed new Windows and trim. Removed the interior trim, vinyl floor, counter tops, shower walls, and carpet. The shower walls were full of mold and moisture due to improper installation from previous contractor. I installed the correct shower system to prevent mold and moisture problems and reinstalled a subway tile provided by owner. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms all received new tile floors. A pergo brand laminate flooring was installed. I also updated the counter tops through out the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen received a stainless steel back splash.

EdgeCliff

Mar 2014

Edgecliff Project was a Complete overhaul for an investor on both the interior and exterior. The edgecliff project features marble floors, Scraped Laminate floor and tile floor covering. The owner also picked a glass mosaic back splash that matched beautifully with the new counter tops we installed. The interior received a complete paint job, sheet rock repair, new windows, new trim, new doors/hardware, new flooring through out, new counter tops, new showers, new electrical system and a complete paint job on the exterior. We did everything inside and out side with the exception of electrical work.

Histroic School House

Jan 2008

This was a historic School house built in 1905. The existing building was off its foundation and was in total disrepair due to the old age of the building. What i did was completely restore the building to the original way it was built. The floor was nearly all rotted out, i was able to find the original size and type of flooring and sand and finish. We were also able to recover and use all the original bead board on the walls and sand and repaint. All new wood windows. The entire project took about 6 months. This building is now on a historic register, tours by appointment
