Suggest potential customers; Verify if licensed, insured, BBB accredited, written documentation on quote, time on job, start /end dates, receipts for supplies ,supplies, equipment to do the specific job and references from previous completions. It appears that paying in increments till completed is normal with contractors. It also appears the company name is changing to “Staining & Powerwashing,LLC”. The owner & employees appear to be the same. .
