About M & S Construction Services
We are a small but precise family owned and operated company. My name is Dean and I am the owner of M & S Construction Services. My father started me out on a room addition when I was 9 years old. Today I have had the pleasure of remodeling a home of 8,000 SF to successfully remediating mold in a daycare facility. We will do most anything.   | Pergola on Pipestone Golf Course | Oct 2013 | Construct a 24' x 24' solid cedar pergola in our shop in the middle of winter. all joints were hand cut and mitered with no nails or screws. All main lumber was constructed from 2" x 12" rough sawn red cedar. All ends were scalloped by hand individually. The main supports were constructed of 18' 6"x6" material. The entire project was assembled in our shop then disassembled, primed and painted before the pergola was taken to the house for the final install. | $36k | Springboro, OH |
