Xtreme Renovations, LLC just completed Renovating Two Upstairs Bathrooms for our clients in the Wortham area of NW Harris County. The projected included removing all Floor and Tub Surround Tile and repair a leaking Tub Drain in one of the Bathrooms. New Shower Valves were installed with new Hardi Backer Board installation and water proofed to prevent further leaking issues for the early 1990’s constructed home. All water shutoff valves were replaced with quarter turn valves in both Bathroom Areas for sinks and toilets. New Porcelain Floor and Tub Surround Tile with a Glass Tile decorative Border were installed to add the “Wow Factor” our clients desired and Xtreme Renovations, LLC is known for. Custom Built Vanity Cabinetry were installed in both Bathrooms as well as Custom Built Medicine Cabinets in a Shaker Style with European Soft Closing Drawer Glides and Doors. The Vanity Cabinetry was Painted to a clean white finish and door and drawer pulls installed. Walls and Ceilings in both bathrooms were also painted to complete the Project. New lighting fixtures were installed and all electrical Plates and Outlet were changed to Décor Style to add a Modern look to the amazing transformation. Xtreme Renovations, LLC has completed another amazing Master Bathroom Renovation for our repeat clients in Lakewood Forest/NW Harris County. This Project required transforming a 1970’s Constructed Roman Themed Master Bathroom to a Modern State-of-the-Art Master Asian-inspired Bathroom retreat with many Upgrades. The demolition of the existing Master Bathroom required removing all existing floor and shower Tile, all Vanities, Closest shelving, existing Sky Light above a large Roman Jacuzzi Tub, all drywall throughout the existing Master Bath, shower enclosure, Columns, Double Entry Doors and Medicine Cabinets. The Construction Phase of this Transformation included enlarging the Shower, installing new Glass Block in Shower Area, adding Polished Quartz Shower Seating, Shower Trim at the Shower entry and around the Shower enclosure, Shower Niche and Rain Shower Head. Seamless Glass Shower Door was included in the Upgrade. New Drywall was installed throughout the Master Bathroom with major Plumbing upgrades including the installation of Tank Less Water Heater which is controlled by Blue Tooth Technology. The installation of a stainless Japanese Soaking Tub is a unique Feature our Clients desired and added to the ‘Wow Factor’ of this Project. New Floor Tile was installed in the Master Bathroom, Master Closets and Water Closet (W/C). Pebble Stone on Shower Floor and around the Japanese Tub added to the Theme our clients required to create an Inviting and Relaxing Space. Custom Built Vanity Cabinetry with Towers, all with European Door Hinges, Soft Closing Doors and Drawers. The finish was stained and frosted glass doors inserts were added to add a Touch of Class. In the Master Closets, Custom Built Cabinetry and Shelving were added to increase space and functionality. The Closet Cabinetry and shelving was Painted for a clean look. New lighting was installed throughout the space. LED Lighting on dimmers with Décor electrical Switches and outlets were included in the Project. Lighted Medicine Cabinets and Accent Lighting for the Japanese Tub completed this Amazing Renovation that clients desired and Xtreme Renovations, LLC delivered. Extensive Drywall work and Painting completed the Project. New sliding entry Doors to the Master Bathroom were added. Xtreme Renovations, LLC has completed another amazing Master Bathroom Project for our clients in NW Harris County/Lakewood Forest. Our clients desired to transform their 1970’s constructed Master Bathroom into a Modern and functional space that added value to their home. Xtreme Renovations, LLC and our team of Professional went to work from the first meeting laying out a Design and then delivering the ‘Wow Factor’ our clients desired and Xtreme Renovations, LLC is known for. Many changes were made to the original Master Bathroom including removal of a Jacuzzi Tub and enclosed shower as well as enclosing one window as well as removing a fur down and relocation of electrical, HVAC and plumbing lines. When our Clients in NW Harris County desired to transform their existing Home into a Show Piece, they turned to the dedicated Professionals at Xtreme Renovations, LLC to make their dream come true. From the initial planning, design concept, demolition and construction, the Xtreme Team delivered. Throughout this amazing transformation, additional ideas of our clients were implemented to deliver the Dream Home our client’s desired and deserved. Many details were completed in the transformation from removing load bearing columns and replacing them with load bearing beams to provide an open, inviting ambiance that is great for entertaining and family gatherings. This renovation included all new custom built cabinetry from the Living Room, Fire Place Surround, Kitchen and Breakfast Room. Additional custom details were added in the Dining Room vaulted ceiling and windows. A Bedroom was converted to a Lounge Area where Custom Pocket Doors were install in place of the original walled Foyer. All wall and ceiling drywall and painting finishes were meticulously brought to Level 5 for a totally smooth finish throughout the renovated areas. Numerous electrical and plumbing upgrades added to the renovation. All lighting is LED on Dimmers to add a touch of glass and ambiance. Shaker Style Cabinetry was made from Maple Wood and painted, including, Kitchen Island, Crown, Base and Doorway Moldings. The Cooks Kitchen is inviting with shiplap Backsplashes throughout. A custom built Butler’s Pantry with in cabinet LED lighting on dimmers add to the renovation. Quartz countertops were honed to create the desired finishing touches of this conversion. The Renovation included demolition of the existing Kitchen from floor to ceiling. All new Custom Built ‘Raised Panel Style’ cabinetry was crafted and installed by our Xtreme Renovations, LLC Team. Many functional features were added such as Spice Rack sliding doors, Lazy Susan, wide drawers and reducing the fur down above the sink area to provide for taller Cabinetry. All doors were installed with soft closing European Hinges. All drawers have Full Extension Soft Closing Drawer Glides. The Island cook top was enlarged and converted from electric to Natural Gas to provide efficiency. Above Island fluorescent lighting was removed and all new energy efficient LED recessed lighting on dimmers were added as well as under cabinet LED lighting. Chandelier Lighting was added above the Island to add a touch of class for this cooks kitchen. New Harlequin Granite with White Marble Tile Backsplashes provided the “Wow Factor” our clients desired and Xtreme Renovations is known for. All Cabinetry was painted adding a touch of class to the New Kitchen. New Tile flooring was installed in the Kitchen, Laundry area and Powder Room. Many electrical and plumbing upgrades were made throughout the home as well as drywall work, painting of all wall and ceilings. The renovation included removing the existing hardwood flooring and installing new Anderson Southern Vista Sand Dune (Cabiaba) Spanish Hickory throughout the downstairs areas. Also included in this renovation was the installation of 15 Double Pain Argon Filled Replacement Windows.

The Master Bathroom included an amazing transition from a dated Jacuzzi Tub and Shower to a new Garden Tub, New Shower Enclosure with new tile, all new plumbing fixtures and valves. Custom built Seamless Glass was install at the shower enclosure for a fresh modern look. A Custom Built Vanity with a Center Tower added additional storage and functionality to the new Master Bathroom as well as new Granite. LED recessed lighting was also added. The Upstairs Jack and Jill Bathroom was totally transformed to include two new Custom Built Vanities with New Granite, Custom Built Shower Enclosure with Seamless Glass, LED recessed lighting and new floor and shower tile. Another Upstairs Guest Bath was totally renovated including new Tile Tub Surround, floor tile, Custom Built Vanity and Granite. Xtreme Renovations has completed a Major Renovation Project near the Tomball area of Harris County. This project required demolition of the existing Kitchen Cabinetry and removing fur downs, rerouting HVAC Registers, Electrical and installation of Natural Gas lines for converting from an All Electric Kitchen to Natural Gas cooktop with an Xtreme Exhaust System above the new gas cooktop. Existing walls wear moved during the demolition process to expand the original footprint of the Kitchen to include additional cabinetry and relocation of the new Double Oven as well as an open Pantry area. All new Custom Built Cabinetry were installed made from Maple wood and stained to the specification of our clients. New Quartz countertops were fabricated and installed throughout the Kitchen as well as a Bar Area in the Great Room which also included Custom Built Cabinetry. New tile flooring was installed throughout the Mud Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Hall Way adjoining the Formal Dining Room and Powder Bath. Back splash included both Ceramic and Glass Tile to and a touch of class and the Wow Factor our clients desired and deserved. Major drywall work was required throughout the Kitchen, Great Room, Powder Bath and Breakfast Area. Many added features such as LED lighting on dimmers were installed throughout the Kitchen including under cabinet lighting. Installation of all new appliances was included in the Kitchen as well as the Bar Area in the Great Room. Custom Built Corner Cabinetry was also installed in the Formal Dining Room. Custom Built Crown Molding was also part of this project in the Great Room designed to match Crown Molding above doorways. Existing paneling was removed and replaced with drywall to add to this Major Update of the 1970’s constructed home. Floating, texturing and painting throughout both levels of this 2 Story Home was also completed. The existing stairway in the Great Room was removed and new Wrought Iron Spindles, Handrails, Hardwood Flooring were installed. New Carpeting and Hardwood Flooring were included in the Renovation Project. State of the Art CAT 6 cabling was installed in the entire home adding to the functionality of the New Home Entertainment and Computer Networking System as well as connectivity throughout the home. The Central hub area for the new cabling is climate controlled and vented for precise temperature control. Many other items were addressed during this Renovation Project including upgrading the Main Electrical Service, Custom Built Cabinetry throughout the Mud Room and creating a closet where the existing Double Oven was located with access to new shelving and coat racks in the Mud Room Area.
