PMH Properties LLC is a full service property preservation company that has been in business since 2009. We are a family run business that was formed when a father who worked carpentry his whole life and a son who had been doing landscaping since the age of 13 decided to join forces and start a business together.

| House Renovation | Jul 2016 | These people inherited the house, nothing had been done in the house in over 30 years. We went in and torn out the kitchen and bathroom and built those new with tile floors, new cabinets, fresh painted walls. All the rooms had wallpaper that needed to be removed, then we smoothed out imperfections and painted the walls. The hardwood floors were refinished. The electricity and plumbing were updated. We did add a "window" hole in the wall between the kitchen and living area to open things up a bit. All new replacement windows were installed in the house and the front landscaping was redone after a complete house power washing. | $42k | Boylston, MA | |
