Key Home Service & Renovations is family-owned and operated right here in Julian, NC. Since our company opened its doors in 2009, we've treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are superior, and come with a personal touch. At Key Home Service & Renovations, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available 6 days a week for normal service and available 24/7 for emergency service. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

Key Home Service and Renovations has completed several projects for us over the past few years. They installed the crown molding in our living room, laminate floors in our den, replaced our sidewalk, painted our entire house and other minor handyman type projects. They have always been great to work with! Andrew (the owner) has always been very professional and courteous. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding! When installing the laminate flooring we provided, Andrew discovered a manufacturer's defect. He took the time to resolve the issue with the manufacturer even though he didn't purchase or provide the flooring. Andrew even went as far as reinstalling the flooring free of charge. We could not ask for better service! We would highly recommend Key Home Service & Renovations to anyone and will certainly be using them again!
