They were a No-Show for a scheduled Shower/Tub installation at my home. I can't do business with a company like that. I'm moving on.

I was not pleased when calling for service then find out last minute he had an emergency, kept following with him then said could be there till 11 pm, and will call me but that's been over a week ago. He's a veteran and so am I, retired veteran and did I deserve this leaving or hanging in the dark?

Called Donnie Tittle Plumbing and set up an appointment. they didn't show for the appointed hour. Called them and they were running late, and made another appointment fo. 2 days later. Again, a no show and no call. Didn't call them back found another plumber who was able to be on time and fixed the problem.
