It's not designed to be attractive and must be installed in dry conditions, which is why it’s generally seen among commercial buildings. TPO has many good qualities as well. It’s a reflective material, which means you’ll save money on cooling and energy usage. It’s very simple to install, lightweight, and requires little maintenance.
