Complete Bathroom Renovation with Complete Water Proofing Homeowner had an out of date bathroom. Which all plumbing was not working correct. Water lines would rattle through the house and drains where slow. I did a complete demo and then updated all plumbing. Replaced a old fiberglass tub with a beautiful walk in shower. With the new lighting inside it is nice. I completed all phases of this job. Supplied vanity cabinets from our dealer. Solid wood through out . With a price cheaper than MDF or Press board

What looks small can be big This project started out as a simple cracked shower pan. Once getting into it. We found it was a major issue and a dangerous one. The floor wound up being so rotted you could push your hand through it. All though walking through the bathroom felt normal. About 3/4 of it was unsafe. The tile was the only thing holding it up. Anyboby could have feel through at any time. 1 - Tear out of the complete bathroom 2 - We rebuilt the entire floor system and 1 wall 3 - Installed all new plumbing. ( Old was incorrect and out of code ) 4 - Added New Lights and Relocated the Can Lights ( Separate Switches ) 5 - Installed Backer Board with a coat of Red Guard. ( Strong Moisture Bearer ) 6 - Installed Ceramic Tile , New Vanity , Toilet , Cast Iron Free Standing Bathtub , Mirror , Lights , Beaded Paneling

Basement Bar

Mar 2016

Ikea Cabinet Project Started the project with the ceiling . It had a ugly drop in it which the duct work was in. Nothing could be done with it. So we added to it , We built another section around it. Dropping it as well but only half the amount. Added some 3 inch Canned lighting with Dimmers. It was like magic and looked sharp . Now we was left with one other problem. A large ugly Return Vent was right in the way of the Cabinets. We could not relocate it. I decided to build it into the cabinets. It was a crazy idea and had everybody paranoid even myself. I brought the vent out even with the face of the cabinet. Then cut a large hole in the center of the door. Bought a new vent cover and some matching paint. Results where great , We then built the cabinets and installed a Wine Cooler in the center. Took some doors and dressed out the outer side of the bar. This job turned out looking sweet. Wish I had this one,
