Pickens Bathroom Face-lift

Nov 2016

Not every bathroom project has to be a complete tear out and re-design. This bathroom had a good layout but the floor suffered from water damage and the toilet was positioned too close to the shower. After repairing the sub-floor, moving the toilet, adding new plank style tile flooring, updated fixtures, a barn-style shower door, and Kohler Coreograph shower walls this bathroom became a refreshed and inviting space. For some reason, the "after" photo would not load upright but if you tip your head, isn't it pretty?

Toss the Tub to add a Spacious Shower

Aug 2016

It was time to rid this bath of worn tile and a rarely used tub and replace it with a spacious shower and beautiful new sliding glass shower door. Tile now runs to the ceiling to make the space feel larger and the shower sports a full width bench and convenient niche for shower supplies. The rest of the bath was also updated (tile floor, new vanity etc) but photos were unavailable for that portion of the remodel.

Travelers Rest Kitchen Remodel

Jun 2016

Before remodeling began, this kitchen was technically part of an "open space" but the design was not very functional and still made the kitchen work area feel cut off from the family room and the eating area. By changing the layout and updating to lighter cabinets and counters, the kitchen is now beautiful, functional and fully a part of the adjacent spaces.

Ashes to Awesome Kitchen

Jun 2016

A horrific fire (thankfully no people or pets were hurt) made it tough to imagine that this kitchen would be functional ever again. But after complete demolition, deodorization, design work and remodeling, this kitchen is now a dreamy delight for this family. Dark sable Wolfe brand cabinets, high-end laminate counters and a laminate floor with a "handscraped" finish partner with gleaming new appliances and plenty of natural light to complete the kitchen transformation from ashes to awesome!
