Repaired a falling plaster ceiling in a single car Garage. After the initial work was completed we were contracted to add some work to the Front Porch. We removed 4 existing wood porch post and replaced with 4 new aluminum square post. We were able to make the switch without replacing or damaging any of the adjacent finishes on the porch ceiling and overhang.

We installed framing, sheathing, a new entry door, and new vinyl siding to a metal structure the owner had built to look like a lighthouse. This structure stand above his property looking over the pond and creek. It stands 30' tall and is 8' square at the base. We alternated the red and white siding to resemble a lighthouse.

Misc remodeling and repairs to this home in Edwardsville. Repaired damaged siding due to a landscaping grade issue. Repaired the landscaping to lower the grade, replaced damaged siding and framing, cleaned and re-painted the entire rear of the home. On the interior we removed all of the personal contents from their office, removed older carpet, replaced carpet with ceramic tile, sealed and painted walls and trim. After we reset the rooms contents to their original locations.

A large tree fell on the rear of the home disconnecting the electric service from the house. We worked with the insurance company to settle the claim and repaired all damage to the roof structure and finishes. This required upgrading the electric service to meet the current building codes.

Chimney flue fire to a log home. We removed the entire brick fireplace and stone flue above the roof line. Replaced damage framing, sealed area for smoke odor elimination, installed a new fireplace, flue, chase framing, all new finishes. Work was performed inside an open great room on the interior the log home.
