We basically removed a wall to join the living room with the kitchen, we finished all the walls and ceilings with custom paint and texture, we created a new custom island and bar using one reclaimed cabinet from the original island, and we used a commercial grade Vent-a-hood. We added custom back-splash and LED under lighting strips. We added electrical outlets to the island, refinished the kitchen with 3D cabinet glazing that appears to look like wood, and installed brand new countertops.
