Scott Krietzer is the most unprofessional, nasty plumber I've ever dealt with. From the minute he came to my house he complained about having to still work and how he hates plumbing and is ready to retire. You can't ask him a question because he interrupts and is angry all the time. He screwed up the installation of a water heater alarm and didn't help to resolve the issue. He put the onus on us to call the part company and said the part was defective - not true! We had to resolve the issue on our own and for two days had no hot water!

Scott replaced my water heater a couple of months ago and the other day it went out. He was at my house an hour after I called, I'm a little embarrassed to say it was just the pilot light, but he was there quickly and didn't charge me. Very happy!

This company provides the worst service. My warranty company sent them out to my home. They claimed they fix the my hot water issue. My hot water heater was leaking worst than when the initially came out. Every time you call he claimed to be busy or out with his wife eating. Then the owner sends another guy to my house because I reported him to my warranty company. He states that he need to replace the same part the owner Scott replaced. To top it off he asked to use our bathroom and actually took a crap. How unprofessional is that. I would never recommend these services to anyone. The warranty company sends a different plumbing service to my house and they states it was all used parts that they were trying to fix my hot water heater with . They had the temperature set to high. One day the other company fixed it and I have not had any more issues Be careful is you use this service

the service could have been better, I hired them to reconnect the sink, disposal, faucet and reconnect the dishwasher after getting a new counter tops and sink, he failed to check the sprayer and had to come back and fix it and refused to attach the dishwasher to the counter, saying because of the material, if he had looked he would have seen the area of wood to attach the dishwasher to.
