Last year my spouse and I had a roofer come out and fix a leak we had where some broken tiles had been on our 10 year old roof. Come this rainy season, the exact same spot that was suppose to repaired is now leaking. Who know if it was even ever fixed? I couldn't get the guy to call me back and the number he had was disconnected. I guess you get what you pay for. This time I wanted to go with someone who was reputable and plans on being in business for a while. We looked around a called a few places and we ended up at Stay Dry and their team. I liked That the owner, Javier, took the time to meet with me and explain where the last guy went wrong. This guy takes pride in his work and it shows. It has rained a few times since we had the repair done and there has been no leaks or problems. Even though it took me two times... I got it right with Stay Dry.

I live in Lakewood and had a few estimates from a few local roofing company. I liked that Stay Dry was the only who actually told me it looked like my roof was installed in sections and I really only needed to reroof a small portion of the existing roof and my free standing garage. Javier explained I could probably get some good years left on my roof. I appreciated the honesty and when I do need a complete re roof on that portion I know who I am going to call.
