I knew new windows in a 40 year town house would make a difference, but, WOW! The windows are amazing. Even better, the service. I was delighted that in every step of the process, Brad provided clearly stated information, accurate time lines, and addressed my questions fully and professionally. The Installation crew - i can't think of the words to describe them so lets say 5 stars all the way!

From beginning to end, working with Brad was worry free. He stayed in complete contact with me during all phases of our replacement job. We had what I would call an ordinary replacement job except for one window. We had a very large "grid" window in our kitchen that we wanted to replace with a bay window without grids. This was not easy but Brad got it done. It is a tremendous upgrade from the previous window and we are completely thrilled with the way it looks. The windows have been such an improvement for our home in every aspect. We immediately noticed the reduction in outdoor noise filtering through and over time have really noticed the insulation qualities.
