Marshall Home Comfort Solutions is business with a family history of hard work and dedication to quality work in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Owner, Erik Marshall learned the ropes of the business from his father who owned a heating and air conditioning company. Erik went on to receive his formal education from the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society . While working for other HVAC contractors, Erik learned that the number one key to business is customer satisfaction. His frustration with working for contractors who had little concern with customer service and their investment led him to create Marshall Home Comfort Solutions. "Our customers are the life-blood to my business. We run on 85% referral because we treat our customers right! I have worked for companies whose morals and values did not reflect my own and I will not accept that reputation". And as a company your business is our opportunity, not our right. My service team is trained to always put the customers needs first.

When we first moved to our current home, we had Marshall inspect the furnace and subsequently had several years of maintenance plans with them. When our heat/cool system finally failed, we got several estimates. Marshall not only had the best price, but they spent the most time talking to us about what we wanted, answering all our questions, and educating us on what system would be best suited for our home and our life. They were able to install the system within a week. The techs were very personable, respectful, and very clean. We had an issue with a piece of equipment and they were at our home the same day I called to correct it. I even had them come to inspect and service the furnace in my daughter's new home because I knew I could trust them to let us know of any issues and not try to upsell anything. We are extremely happy with Marshall's and recommend them to all our family and friends.
