$330.00 to put in a doggie door. Took 2 of them 3 hours and it wasn't finished. When returned to correct problem was verbally aggressive. A senior taken advantage of When pete was working, best handyman services. Now his son does it. Won't let him on my property

Pete and his son have done many services: repairing sewer outlet, repair o ring on toilet to installing a cat door. They are trustworthy, reasonable, knowledgeable, and kind. They care about my property and always leave it as it was or better. I'm a senior and they are the only ones I trust.

Called to get a project done. They gave me a date and time then never showed up or called. Made 5 calls back to terrible customer service. Would tell me and my wife they would call us back and nothing. I want small businesses to succeed but terrible customer service makes it impossible for me to recommend Petes Handyman services! TERRIBLE!
