Flooring Replacement

Carpet was removed entirely along with foam padding, Tack-strip, and staples from floor for preparation. Two door jams were raised to allow for new flooring. Laminate tonge and groove flooring was installed in the master, one bedroom and a home office. As well as down the main hallway. Master and hallway bath were fitted with ceramic tile floors.

Extension on Existing Awning

Extension on an existing awning to cover his drive way. Total addition size was 16'x24' Built on 6"x6" wooden posts with a metal roof. Our job completion start to finish was 5 working days.

Built En-closer

Aug 2014

built an en-closer to isolate all vital pluming and components. The structure was built with two hinged lids on the top for easy access and was insulated from top to bottom. We also installed a Hard-wired heater with a built-in thermostat to control temp conditions. As for pluming exiting the building, all was wrapped with Heat tape and insulation to ensure no freezing would take place in the future. Job time Estimated to be 2 working days start to finish

Wooden Fence

This was an empty yard when we first started. We have since added a wooden fence with flower beds made of yard timbers along the bottom. We also installed lattice for vine growth. The customer purchased a storage shed from Lowes that we build a plat form on footings, with a ramp. We have also assembled a gazebo also purchased form Lowes and anchored it to a existing concrete slab
