The structure was built with two hinged lids on the top for easy access and was insulated from top to bottom. We also installed a Hard-wired heater with a built-in thermostat to control temp conditions. As for pluming exiting the building, all was wrapped with Heat tape and insulation to ensure no freezing would take place in the future.
