the guys at elite. did an exceptional job on our roof. Jim and Steve really went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. They provided a great product while staying in our budget. My wife and I would highly recommend . The staff at Elite Construction turned a stressful insurance situation into pleasurable experience. They took the time to explain the claim process . Very knowledgeable about material options . Property was clean , roof installation was fast and of high quality. I think its important to mention there was a slight issue with some metal flashing . These guys immediately corrected it . That show a lot about the company . Thanks Elite !

I would like to personally recommend Elite Construction as your first choice for any home or commercial improvement projects. Build a retainer wall, step with retainer consisting of 4 cassians, Install new red colored concrete patio, & build a walkway 37'x3'x4". Additionally the client wanted a removal and replacement of the City Cement Sidewalk & Curb in front of the home (Which requires our ROW License to complete) Elite's Concrete Warranties comes in detail and are always issued after to the homeowner after approval from the Cities Inspections: We honor a 2-years on materials & workmanship and 3-years on the City sidewalk and Curb. We ran into many problems on this project, but our skilled team of Project Managers put their heads together and got the project done.   | Lead Roof Tile Abatement | Jul 2014 | "Lead" Roof Tile Abatement 3-Phase project: Re-roofing a 7,000 sq foot Residence contaminated lead was found on a discontinued Certainteed product. Phase 1 was to Safely remove the hazardous materials while protecting the House and Laborors per OSHA standards. Phase 2 included County Code items - 30lb Felt underlayment, Ice & Water shield, 90lb Tarco (Tar underlayment) in all valleys, Drip Edge, & Flashings-to prevent moisture to the interior of the home, Ridge vent installations to avoid heat from the inside out, and Install of the New shingles. Phase 3 included the Final walkthrough, and the passing County Inspection card. The Client Loves the look and product of their new roof, also making this experience smooth and easy for our Client, by dealing with the homeowners insurance which paid for their entire new roof, only leaving the customer with their out of pocket expense of their deductible! | $147k | Boulder, CO |

With proper OSHA regulations We removed and disposed of the contaminated tiles . Replaced this shingle with a Tri laminate GAF Shingle.
