Mercer Floor & Home is a family run business who has been assisting our neighbors in the greater Baltimore Maryland area with their floor covering and home remodeling projects since 1959. We have the industry resources, design training, and installation experience to help you achieve your dreams from carpet replacement to that customized master bathroom! Katlin is amazing to work with. She is amazing at what she does and is always available with any questions that I may have. I have called her or emailed her to ask for her assistance for everything from evaluating floor repairs in rentals to installing flooring in both my own home and my client homes. I rave about Katlin and my clients rave about her as well. So thank you to Katlin!! And outside of how awesome Katlin is the team that has been out to install or refinish the floors is excellent as well. Their hard work and honesty just reiterates to me that I would never trust my floors to anyone else and I encourage my clients to do that same.

My experience with Mercer was outstanding. Mercer sent Katlin Farrell over to my home at a time convenient to me. She was on-time, courteous and professional. She listened to my instructions and answered all of my questions. She did an excellent job so when the installers came, they had all of the correct material and also all of my instructions. Everything went like clockwork. Overall an outstanding experience.

We picked out our carpet in Illinois right before we moved to Maryland. Our move in date was delayed and Mercer was wonderful about rescheduling the install. Once the carpet was installed we absolutely hated the color. I went back to the store with the crazy hopes that there was something they could do for us. We had spent $13,000 on carpet and were devastated. Because we had bought a really good quality carpet they told me there was a "Beautiful Guarantee" and I could have it replaced with another color for FREE! I don't know if that offer still exists, but I will never forget how kind and generous Mercer was to us. Their customer service is worth it over saving with Home Depot or other cheaper options. They have a customer for life. We have since moved back to IL and when we are ready to upgrade our builder grade carpet we will be shopping at Mercer!

Matt and all the gang at Mercer's are the best! We had a particularly difficult stairway, and the expert installers made sure the carpet was perfect! Super pleased with their friendliness, selection, and installation. Would definitely recommend!!
