Needed furnace replaced and some ducting work done. Andy came out and was very thorough on what needed to be done and explained in detail all work that was to be done. They were done within 2 days. And the two installers took pride in there work. We could not be happier. Would highly recommend Henry Smith plumbing and heating. John H

I am far from impressed with this organization. I was overcharged for a unit that I did not need and cannot even get a tech to service my unit on-time. My previous unit was sabotaged by a former Henry Smith employee forcing me to have to buy a unit from Henry Smith that I did not want or need. This organization is a predatory parasite only interested in profits and selling overpriced units with impunity. I have tried multiple times to request services, only to be denied and talked down to. You would think after paying so much that the company would just a little accommodating. After only a year, my unit does not work. Never again, Andy.

Hired Henry Smith to install a new tank for my well. Their so called master plumber said everything was working fine and left. One hour later my pump motor burned up because he didn’t let any of the air pressure out of the new tank so it continued to short cycle and when I tried to contact them they never returned my calls. Their master plumber made a mistake that no one should. Call somewhere else.

Henry Smith services are beyond wonderful. You could not ask for a better run, great bunch of professionals. Always on time, always in great mood and always do a wonderful job. I cannot recommend them highly enough! C. Dilley
