My daughter and her family moved to a new home and we needed someone to transfer their play set to the new location. A seemingly small request but not a small task. Phil had a full schedule already but managed to work his crew into the project. Phil and the team from Home Improvement Solutions, LLC, completely remodeled my kitchen last fall. The project was a full gut job, that included reconfiguring the layout of he kitchen to make more efficient use of space and bring the room up to date. Phil not only completed the project well within budget, but was also able to also meet a tight completion window; which was critical as we were expecting our newborn daughter near the targeted completion date for the project. The team was flexible, well organized, and dynamic in the solutions that they brought to the project; and really helped us bring our vision to life. The incremental steps included the following: New island with a modified footprint Custom cabinetry and molding Raising a sunken breakfast nook to the same level as the rest of the kitchen New drywall, light fixtures, and a flashing repair for the existing flat roof Modifying the window sashes for new, energy efficient windows, and fabrication of custom-trim window boxes Vinyl siding to replace brickwork that was moved for new window sashes Running new electrical outlets All new patterned floors with a diagonal layout pattern All new appliances and fixtures New entry door and screen door I would highly recommend Phil and his team for any home repair or improvement projects, big or small.

We had the most wonderful caring Phil and helpers apply an new roof and made adjustments for exhaust fans for the bathrooms.
