My system was 12 years old and never ran right from the beginning. Mark came out and did a thorough measurement of my home and load calculation. He found my system was 1 ton too small and 6 rooms didn't have the correct size duct work. He gave me a fair price and did an exceptional job. You won't find a more straight forward, honest, and hardworking HVAC contractor than Certified. I am beyond pleased with the results. Call them and have it done right. Brian
