I spoke with Aaron and arranged for him to come to my house to provide a quote for remodeling a basement bathroom and bedroom. He said he would arrive on Wednesday, May 24, but when I called to confirm, he asked to reschedule to Sat., May 27. He said he would arrive at 10:00 a.m. on May 27, but he never arrived, and he never even provided a complimentary phone call to tell me his company could not do to the work or to explain why he could not keep the appointment. Thus, I must say Mainstream Flooring & Tile Plus has provided an extreme lack of basic courtesy and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Aaron and his team at Mainstream Flooring and Tile did an excellent job finishing our Master Bath. He gave me an estimate that included the quantities of tile and stuff I needed to buy. Once we had him scheduled, he worked hard and finished on time as promised. Very happy with the results.

We would highly recommend Aaron and Mainstream Flooring and Tile Plus. He installed our stainless steel tile kitchen backsplash and his attention to detail was impeccable. It looks beautiful! We look forward to hiring him again when we remodel our guest bathroom.

Aaron Reese was very professional. when he arrived to give me an estimate. He arrived on time, appeared well dressed and professional. He measured the area to be tiled, gave me an estimate. He told me when he would be available. When I called him to accept my offer, we set a date and time for him to do the project. He arrived on time with his assistant. they were very exact, proficient and did not waste time. They did the job quickly despite my chatter. It turned out very well. I am happy with the results.
