It's pretty ironic that Mr. Marshall, owner of Accede Construction, states that the below reviewer doesn't pay her bills because I have a judgement granted against him issued from the Collin County Court that he has yet made an attempt to satisfy. He has continued to keep $5,850 of our money, from our material deposit for services he chose to never follow through with. Our experience with him was also horrible, to say the least. It appears that he is currently doing work under a new company, Autograph Construction. To me it is highly skeptical when viewing a company's website and the only contact information is a phone number or a PO BOX (which this one doesn't list) and makes the legal process very difficult, trust me as someone who has gone through the process. I encourage you to search the Dallas, Collin and Denton County court websites and you will see Mr. Marshall is no stranger to legal suits, hence the "convenient" lack of information on his website. In most of his responses to negative reviews, he is quick to put the entire blame on the customer. I don't think I have come across one negative review where he took responsibility for his actions and didn't put the blame on the customer, which should have been another red flag. He even responded to my compliant that I filed with the BBB, after our legal battle and court date, with "wrong contractor" which is 100% completely false, not to mention very odd because he was physically present in our court hearing. After my horrible experience with him, I called numerous other roofing/construction companies and none of them ask for any money up front, so this should have be a huge red flag for me. It's very unfortunate and sad that I continue to read reviews about many others that had a similar experience and lost money, unfortunately in most cases far more than I did, because he continues to conduct business in such manner.

Any potential customer that is doing research before doing business with Accede Construction can easily go online to the Collin County Courts website and search the recorded history by company name, Accede Inc. or Accede Construction and/or the owner's name and see all records that exist. Accede Construction has continued to keep money that was paid for work that was never started or completed and is now making completely false statements that are available to be viewed by the general public. All so go into the Dallas County website and look up case cc-16-04891-B The original contract does not state customer has to pay to Accede Construction employees If that were the case, I would have hired myself The experience I had was horrific out of $35,000 with damages that totaled over $85,000 plus legal fees. Before you hire this company do your research

Job never got completed Workers were not paid The job was not done correctly I would not recommend this contractor or company I had a horrific experience with them Beware!

We heard about Accede Construction from friends. we called them and the owner, Jess came out to meet us. we suspected that we had roof damage and he inspected our roof, gutters, windows, pergola and fence for damage. Jess advised us to make an insurance claim, which we did. Jess met our insurance adjuster and walked him through showing him all the damage he had previously observed. Once the adjuster provided all of the estimating paperwork Jess was able provide matching quotes and take care of all the damage repairs. We also wanted to demo and replace the old pergola with a patio cover structure and stone bbq structure. Accede took care of everything and Jess kept us in the loop constantly with texts, photos, FaceTime, etc. Accede processed our insurance claim paperwork quickly to recover our depreciation as well a supplement that they need for additional material they needed. We love our new roof, gutters, garage door and fence -- but our new outdoor living area is just beautiful. We tell neighbors and friend about Accede Construction every chance we get.
